【recipe】hojicha madeleine🍵 ⠀ 🥣 ingredients (7 shell types) ⠀ ・ One egg ・ Unsalted butter 75g ・ Milk 10ml ・ Honey 15g ・ Granulated sugar 40g ・ Weak flour 55g ・ Hojicha powder 5g ・ Baking powder 2g ・ White chocolate 90g ・ Hojicha powder 3g (This hojicha powder weighs 45g each) ⠀ 🔪 Preparation ⠀ ・ Apply a thin layer of butter to the mold. ⠀ ・ Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ ⠀ ・ Melt the butter completely in a microwave oven or a water bath. ⠀ 🍴 How to make ⠀ (1) Put the egg in a bowl, add milk, honey and granulated sugar and mix. ⠀ (2) Sift the cake flour, roasted green tea powder, and baking powder into (1) and mix until the powder is no longer powdery. ⠀ (3) When the powder is gone, add the melted butter in a few batches and mix until glossy. ⠀ (4) Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
