  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)

  • Eggs

  • Bean sprouts
    200 g
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    a pinch
  • (A)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Water
    1 tsp
  • Red pickled ginger
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Put stir fry noodles (yakisoba) in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave at 600 W for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bean sprouts, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add Step 2, salt and pepper, and continue to stir-fry.
  4. 4. When the eggs are half-cooked, add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat. Add (A) and toss all together. Once the flavors are absorbed and the eggs are cooked thoroughly, remove them from the heat.
  5. 5. Serve in a dish, top with red pickled ginger and it's ready.
