  • Rice
    400 g
  • Salmon
    150 g
  • Salmon roe (Ikura)
    50 g
  • Radish sprouts
    50 g
  • Marinade
  • Soy sauce
    60 ml
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    30 ml
  • Cooking sake
    30 ml

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the roots of radish sprouts.
  2. 1. Cut salmon into 0.4-inch cubes.
  3. 2. Heat the marinade ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then remove the saucepan from the heat and cool.
  4. 3. Place the salmon and Step 2 in a bat and leave for about 3 minutes.
  5. 4. Cut radish sprouts into 0.4-inch width pieces.
  6. 5. Drain Step 3 juice, transfer to a bowl, and toss with salmon roe (ikura) and Step 4.
