  • (A)Sliced Japanese chili peppers (Takanotsume)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel off the daikon radish. Cut off the cucumber stem.
  2. 1. Cut the daikon radish and the cucumber into thin strips, put them in a bowl, rub them with salt, and let them sit for about 10 minutes to drain.
  3. 2. Add kelp boiled in soy sauce (kombu tsukudani) and the ingredient (A) and mix them together.
