  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1.5 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    a pinch
  • Loin ham
    4 sheets
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add ingredient (A), and mix well.
  2. 2. Pour a thin layer of cooking oil into a tamagoyaki Japanese omelet pan that has been heated over medium heat, add 1/3 of Step 1, and when the egg mixture has hardened, place 1 slice of loin ham, and roll from the front.
  3. 3. Move the Japanese sweet rolled omelet (tamagoyaki) to the front, add 1/3 of Step 1, and when the egg mixture has hardened, top with 2 slices of loin ham lengthwise, and roll from the front.
  4. 4. Move the tamagoyaki to the front, add the remaining Step 1, and when the egg mixture has hardened, place 1 slice of loin ham, and roll from the front.
  5. 5. When the egg is cooked, remove from the heat, cut into 4 equal pieces, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. If you use thinly sliced ham, it will be easier to roll.
