    300 g
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    30 g
  • (A)Spicy pollack roe
    30 g
  • (A)Japanese Mayonnaise
    1.5 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    2 three finger pinches

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the thin skin from the spicy cod/pollack roe (mentaiko) and loosen.
  2. 1. Add ingredient (A) to the rice, mix lightly, and divide into 4 equal parts.
  3. 2. Place the rice from Step 1 on a plastic wrap and shape it into a triangle.
  4. 3. Place the rice from Step 2 on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, top with shredded pizza cheese, and bake for about 4 minutes in the toaster oven until the top turns brown.
  5. 4. Serve on a plate and it's done!

Tips for cooking

You can adjust the amount of salt to your liking. The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 200°C (390°F).
