2 cups (200ml, 3/4 cup + 1.5 Tbs heat-resistant container)

  • Dashi
  • Water
    150 ml
  • Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tsp
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Crack the egg into a bowl, beat it, add dashi ingredients and mix them well.
  2. 2. Pour into a heat-resistant container while straining with a tea strainer, cover it with plastic wrap, and heat in a 500W microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until cooked through and set.
  3. 3. Sprinkle young green onion (konegi) and it's ready to serve.
