    80 ml

How to make

  1. 1. Separate the broccoli into small clusters and cut the stem diagonally.
  2. 2. Thinly slice the ginger with the skin on.
  3. 3. Make a slit on chicken wings along the bone in two places.
  4. 4. Heat (A) in a pot over high heat, bring to a boil, add Step 3, mix up to down sometimes, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Step 2 and stems from Step 1, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Add boiled eggs and remaining Step 1, cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
