  • Water
    400 ml
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Cooking sake
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel daikon radish. Remove excess oil from deep-fried thick tofu (atsuage) by pouring boiled water over it.
  2. 1. Cut daikon radish into 0.8-inch wide cut into half-moon pieces, put them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 W.
