  • (A)Soy sauce
    80 ml
  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    3 tbsp
  • (A)Sugar
    3 tbsp
  • Beaten eggs

How to make

  1. 1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Cut the grilled tofu (yaki-tofu) into 6 equal pieces.
  3. 3. Cut the konjac noodles (shirataki) into 4-inch pieces.
  4. 4. Heat water and the ingredient (A) in a pot over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, add Step 2, 1, and 3 and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Once the cabbage has softened, add the thinly sliced beef round and heat it over medium heat. Once it's cooked, remove it from heat.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of soy sauce and sugar to your liking. For senior citizens, children under the age of 2, pregnant women, and individuals with weakened immune systems, please avoid eating raw eggs.
