  • Green shiso leaves
    2 sheets
  • Meat drippings
  • Japanese leek

  • Pork belly
    100 g
  • Hot water
    200 ml
  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    100 ml

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves.
  2. 1. Boil water in a pot, boil udon noodles as indicated on the package, cool it under running water, and drain.
  3. 2. Slice Japanese leek thinly and diagonally.

  5. 4. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces.
