  • Broccoli
    300 g
  • Tempura flour
    100 g
  • Water
    160 ml
  • Powdered cheese
    4 tbsp
  • Salt
    1/4 tsp
  • Frying oil
    as needed
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off broccoli stems. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. 1. Cut broccoli into small florets.
  3. 2. Mix the ingredients for the batter in a bowl, add Step 1, and coat well.
  4. 3. Heat about 2-inch of frying oil in a pot to 170°C (338°F), and add Step 2. Deep fry for about 3 minutes until it gets crispy and golden brown, then drain off the oil.
