    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Coarsely ground black pepper
    2 three finger pinches

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the base and the green part of the Japanese leek.
  2. 1. Diagonally slice the Japanese leek thinly.
  3. 2. Add Step 1 and the ingredient (A) in a bowl and toss.
  4. 3. Boil water in a pot, add the instant ramen noodles, and boil according to the package directions. Add the attached soup, mix it, and remove it from the heat.
