  • Pork loin
    200 g
  • Hot water
    as needed
  • Cold water
    as needed
  • Snap peas
    50 g
  • Seasoning
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Ponzu sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Grated garlic
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the stem and streaks from snap peas, place them in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 2 minutes at 600 W.
  2. 2. Boil water in a pot until pork loin is cooked through, then add into cold water, then drain.
  3. 3. Add seasonings in a bowl and mix together.
  4. 4. Add Step 1 and Step 2 and toss until the flavors are incorporated.
  5. 5. Transfer to a plate and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

You can use pork with your favorite parts. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to the acidity of ponzu sauce.
