  • Rice

  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    20 g
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    2 tsp
  • (A)Sesame oil
    1 tsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    2 three finger pinches
  • Garnish
  • Green shiso leaves
    1 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the root of konegi (young green onion) and slice thinly.
  2. 2. Combine rice, Step 1 and (A) in a bowl and mix well.
  3. 3. Split into 3 pieces, wrap with plastic wrap, and shape into a triangle. Serve on a plate covered with shiso leaves, and it's ready to eat.
