  • Silk tofu
    200 g
  • Ginger
    10 g
  • Garlic

  • Water
    800 ml
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Salt
    1 tsp
  • Ponzu sauce
    4 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the green part and the root of Japanese leek. Peel ginger and set aside.
  2. 1. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces with your hands.
  3. 2. Diagonally cut Japanese leek into thin-sliced pieces. Cut silk tofu into 2 equal pieces. Cut off the hard tip of enoki mushrooms and break it up with hands.
  4. 3. Thinly slice ginger and garlic.
  5. 4. Add water, Step 3 and ingredient (A) to a clay pot and heat over medium heat. When it boils, add Step 2.
  6. 5. Dip pork belly and Step 1 into Step 4 and when the pork is cooked, dip it into ponzu sauce in a bowl, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Lettuce gets smaller when heated, so you can enjoy the texture by tearing it into larger pieces. You can arrange the toppings as you like.
