  • Stir fry noodles (Yakisoba)

  • Thinly sliced pork
    50 g
  • Cabbage
    50 g
  • Bean sprouts
    50 g
  • Red bell pepper (Paprika)
    1/4
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp
  • Yakisoba Sauce
  • Tonkatsu sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • Karashi Mustard Mayonnaise
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Japanese mustard paste
    1 tsp
  • Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Roughly chop the cabbage, remove the stem and seeds from the red bell pepper, cut it in half, then slice it thinly.
  2. 2. Mix Japanese mustard mayonnaise ingredients in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add cooking oil to the pan heated over medium heat, add thinly sliced porks, and stir-fry them over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the color changes, then add Step 1 and bean sprouts.
  4. 4. Stir-fry them over medium heat until the cabbage has softened, then add Japanese stir-fried noodles (yakisoba) and cook for about 5 minutes until the noodles are loosened.
  5. 5. Add the yakisoba sauce ingredients and stir-fry it over medium heat until all the ingredients are coated with yakisoba sauce, then remove from the heat.
  6. 6. Transfer to a plate, cover it with Step 2, sprinkle dried green seaweed flakes (aonori), and it's ready to serve.
