  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    2 tsp
  • (A)Cooking sake
    2 tsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp
  • Processed cheese
    30 g
  • Garlic chips
    10 g
  • Melted salted butter
    10 g
  • Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut processed cheese into 0.4-inch cubes.
  2. 2. Add ingredient (A) to a tray, mix, add sake, and blend it on both sides of it. Cover with plastic wrap and leave on a refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. 3. Lightly coat cooking oil on a baking tray covered with aluminum foil, with a brush. Top with drained Step 2 and cook in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until heated through.
  4. 4. Once cooled, remove bones and the skin and break the flesh.
  5. 5. Add rice, Step 4, 1, garlic chips, melted salted butter, and white roasted sesame seeds in a bowl and mix.
  6. 6. Place 1/3 of Step 5 on a plastic wrap and shape it into a triangle. Make 2 pieces in the same way.
  7. 7. Serve on a plate and it's ready.

We use cheese that can be eaten without heating. Please note that some cheese cannot be eaten without heating. The cooking degree depends on the type of toaster you are using, so please adjust the temperature as you check the conditions. This time it's baked at 1000W 200°C (390°F).
