  • Green shiso leaves

  • Ponzu sauce

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel daikon radish and set aside. Cut off the stem of green shiso leaves and set aside.
  2. 1. Slice green shiso leaves thinly. Grate daikon radish and squeeze out the water.
  3. 2. Cut off the stem of the eggplants, cut it vertically into 4 equal pieces, and soak them in water for about 5 minutes.
