How to make

  1. 1. Roughly chop cabbage.
  2. 2. Cut pork belly into half lengths.
  3. 3. In a large heat-resistant bowl, mix well the ingredients for the batter, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Rest for a while, add Step 1 and the remaining Step 2 ingredients, and mix well.
  5. 5. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, place in the order of Step 4 and Step 2, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. When browned, flip it over, lower the heat to low, cover with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes. When browned and cooked through, remove from heat.
  7. 7. Top the topping ingredients, and it's ready to serve.
