  • (A)Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Light soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Green shiso leaves
    2 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the stem from tomatoes. Remove the stem from green shiso leaves.
  2. 1. Add hot water and (A) to a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. 2. Add the tomatoes, cover with a lid, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, and remove from heat.
  4. 3. Remove the skin, cover with a lid, and let them sit for 30 minutes until the flavors are absorbed.
  5. 4. Place them on a plate with green shiso leaves on and it's ready to serve.
