  • Cabbage
    50 g
  • Corn
    50 g
  • Hot water
    400 ml
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Drain the corn.
  2. 1. Cut the cabbage in half and cut into thin strips.
  3. 2. When the water in the pot comes to a boil, add Step 1 and corn, then simmer over medium heat until the cabbage is wilted.
  4. 3. Add some Japanese style granulated soup stock and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  5. 4. Dissolve the miso, serve it in a bowl, and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. We used canned corn, but you can also use some frozen corn instead.
