  • Tare flavor canned yakitori (Japanese sauce flavor grilled chicken)
    150 g
  • Beaten eggs

    50 ml
  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    2 tbsp
  • Toppings
  • Nori seaweed
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Add yakitori sauce flavored, canned grilled chicken skewers (yakitori) into a heat-resistant bowl with all of the juices, and add water and noodle soup base (mentsuyu).
  2. 2. Swirl in half of beaten eggs and stir one round with long chopsticks.
  3. 3. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
  4. 4. Take it out and stir the part where the egg is set. Add the rest of beaten eggs and microwave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 600W, then let it steep for 1 minute with plastic wrap on.
  5. 5. Arrange Step 4 on a rice bowl, top with nori seaweed, and it's ready to serve.
