How to make

  1. 1. Mince Japanese leeks.
  2. 2. Add water and eggs in a pot over high heat, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, boil for 6 minutes, cool in running water, and peel the shell.
  3. 3. Add ground pork and Step1 in a pan heated over medium heat, and stir-fry until the color of the ground pork changes. Add (A), blend the flavors entirely, and once the ground pork is cooked through, remove from the heat.
  4. 4. Put Step 1 and Step 2 in a zipper storage bag, release the air, close the opening, rub well, and rest it in a refrigerator for 2 hours until the flavors soak in.
