  • Pork belly
    100 g
  • Bean sprouts
    200 g
  • Shimeji mushrooms
    50 g
  • Maitake mushroom
    50 g
  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    2 three finger pinches
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp
  • トッピング
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Cut off the hard tips from the shimeji mushrooms and maitake mushrooms, and break them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Cut pork belly into 2-inch pieces.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, add Step 2 and stir-fry.
  4. 4. When the pork belly changes color and is cooked through, add Step 1 and bean sprouts, and stir-fry over medium heat.
  5. 5. When bean sprouts become soft, add (A) and stir-fry over medium heat. When all the flavors are well blended, remove from the heat.
  6. 6. Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.
