    80 g
  • Carrot

  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    2 tsp
  • (A)Cayenne pepper (powder)
    1/4 tsp
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Scrape the skin off burdock root. Peel the carrots.
  2. 1. Shred burdock root and carrot. Soak burdock root in water for about 10 minutes and drain.
  3. 2. Heat pan over medium heat, add Japanese mayonnaise and Step 1, and stir-fry.
