  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Gochujang
    1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper (powder)
    1/2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the stems of the green shiso leaves.
  2. 1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the pickling sauce and mix well.
