  • Shimeji mushrooms
    80 g
  • Enoki mushroom
    80 g
  • Ponzu sauce
    3 tbsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the hard tips from the shimeji mushroom and enoki mushroom.
  2. 1. Break up shimeji mushrooms. Cut enoki mushrooms into 3 equal parts, and break off the roots.
  3. 2. Cut pork belly into 1-inch pieces.
  4. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and stir-fry Step 2.
  5. 4. When the pork belly changes color, add Step 1 and stir-fry. When the enoki mushrooms become soft, add ponzu sauce and stir-fry well.
  6. 5. When the pork belly is cooked and the flavors are well blended, remove from the heat, place it on a plate, sprinkle it with young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of ponzu sauce to your taste. You can substitute other mushrooms for shimeji mushrooms and enoki mushrooms.
