  • Garlic shoots
    100 g
  • Seasoning
  • Oyster sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1 tbsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut garlic shoots into 2-inch wide pieces.
  2. 2. Add sesame oil to a pan heated over medium heat, add hashed beef, and stir-fry.
  3. 3. Once cooked through, add Step 1 and stir-fry over medium heat.
  4. 4. When garlic shoots start to get fragrant and cooked through, add the seasonings and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. When the flavors are absorbed, turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and it's ready.
