Easy Lasagna Style Cabbage - Recipe Video

  • Cabbage

  • Canned tomato sauce
    400 g
  • Béchamel sauce (Canned Japanese white sauce)
    400 g
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    100 g
  • Basil
    as needed
  • Ground beef and pork
    100 g
  • Red wine
    2 tbsp
  • Granulated Japanese consomme soup stock
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 1. Put the can of tomato sauce, ground beef and pork, red wine, and granulated Japanese consomme soup stock in a heat-resistant container, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W, then remove the plastic wrap and cook for another 4 minutes.
  3. 2. Peel each layer of cabbage one by one.
  4. 3. Layer in the order of Step 1, canned béchamel sauce (Japanese white sauce), and cabbage into a heat-resistant container.
  5. 4. Add basil and shredded pizza cheese at the end, and bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

When heating ground beef and pork and a can of meat sauce, mix it thoroughly while loosening it to cook. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. If the Japanese white sauce from a can is too thick, mix a little milk to spread before use.
