  • (A)Light soy sauce

  • (A)Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Salad oil

How to make

  1. Prepare. Squeeze spicy pollack/cod roe (mentaiko) from the skin. Cut off the root of young green onion (konegi).
  2. 1. Thinly slice konegi.
  3. 2. Put eggs and ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix together.
  4. 3. Add cooking oil to a pan, heat over medium heat, and pour in 1/3 of Step 2. Stir and heat in long chopsticks, and when it becomes half-cooked, place in the order of sliced cheese, Step 1 then mentaiko.
  5. 4. Roll it from the back to the front and push it to the back. Add half of the remaining Step 2, spread it all over, heat over medium heat, roll it from the back to the front, and push it to the back. Repeat the same way one more time.
