  • Pork belly

  • Beaten eggs

  • Cabbage

  • Carrot
    50 g
  • (A)Grated ginger
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt and pepper mix
    1/4 tsp
  • Sesame oil
    2 tsp

  • Okonomiyaki sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp
  • Dried green seaweed flakes (Aonori)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel the carrots and set aside
  2. 1. Slice cabbage and carrots into thin strips. Add in a bowl, add the beaten egg and (A), and mix well.
  3. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and pour in Step 1. When cooked, fold the meat in half and place on top, flip over, and cook on both sides.
  4. 3. When the pork belly and eggs are cooked, remove it from the heat, place it on a plate, top with toppings, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

We used a 10-inch diameter pan this time. When you use a large size pan, increase the amount of every ingredient or the amount of eggs.
