  • Shiitake mushroom

  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    1 tbsp
  • Shrimp
    100 g
  • (A)Beaten eggs
    1/2
  • (A)Starch
    2 tbsp
  • (A)Salt
    1/3 tsp
  • Tempura flour
    3 tbsp
  • Water
    50 ml
  • Frying oil
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the back cotton of the shrimp.
  2. 1. Mince the shrimp with a knife.
  3. 2. Cut off the stem of shiitake mushrooms, make a cross-cut on the surface, and dust cake flour (pastry flour).
  4. 3. Add Step 1 and ingredient (A) to a bowl and mix until sticky.
  5. 4. Stuff Step 3 into the inner of Step 2.
  6. 5. Mix tempura flour and water in a bowl and let Step 4 dip through.
  7. 6. Add 0.8-inch depth of deep-frying oil to the pot, heat to 170°C (340°F), and add Step 5.
  8. 7. Deep-fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes until cooked through, then drain the oil.
  9. 8. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.
