  • Rice
    250 g
  • Smoked salmon
    30 g
  • Edamame
    30 g
  • Vinegar
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • (A)Salt
    1 three finger pinch

How to make

  1. Prepare. Thaw the edamame according to the instructions on the package and remove the thin skin.
  2. 1. Cut the smoked salmons into 0.4-inch strips.
  3. 2. Add the rice and vinegar to a bowl and mix together. Add Step 1, edamame and ingredient (A) and lightly mix together, then divide it into 3 equal parts.
  4. 3. Wrap one of them in a plastic wrap and grip it into a triangle shape. Make another 2 pieces in the same way.
  5. 4. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.
