How to make

  1. 1. Add psyllium and granule low calorie sweetener to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  2. 2. Add plain soymilk and beaten egg and mix together.
  3. 3. Sift flour and mix together.
  4. 4. Add olive oil to a pan heated over low heat, spread it thinly with a paper towel, pour in 1/3 of Step 3, and cook.
  5. 5. Once browned, flip it over. Cook over low heat until both sides are browned and cooked through, then remove. Cook 2 pieces in the same way, then remove from heat.
  6. 6. Arrange on a plate, garnish with salted butter and mint, and it's ready to serve.
