Tips for cooking

By adding mayonnaise, it prevents from being too wet, or to collapse and gives a fluffy texture. The acidity of mayonnaise does not affect the taste at all, so please try it. Whipping cream (heavy cream) is best when it is not overwhipped, but creamy and melty. If you don't have soft brown sugar at home, you can use white sugar instead. This time, it is a small size, but it can bake 4 pieces, so we made 2 pieces for 1 serving.
