How to make

  1. Prepare. Bring the eggs to room temperature.
  2. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the eggs, and boil over medium heat for 6 minutes.

Tips for cooking

The amount of hot water should be enough to soak the eggs. This recipe uses 2 times concentrated noodle soup base (mentsuyu), but you can make it with about 65 ml for 3 times concentrated, and about 200 ml for straight mentsuyu. This amount is an estimation, so please adjust it as you like.
