  • Canned tomatoes
    100 g
  • Water
    70 ml
  • (B)Thickened Japanese worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (B)Soy sauce
    a pinch
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    40 g
  • Basil
    a pinch

How to make

  1. Prepare. Tear basils by hands.
  2. 1. Chop onion into small pieces.
  3. 2. Put (A) and Step 1 in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry. Once onion has softened, lower the heat to low, add canned tomatoes and water, then cook for 8 minutes.
  4. 3. Bring the heat to medium, add stir fry noodles (yakisoba) and (B) then stir-fry well.
  5. 4. Add cheese for pizza and mix well. Place on a plate once the cheese has melted. Sprinkle basils on top, and it's ready to serve.
