  • Chicken thigh
    150 g
  • Salt
    2 three finger pinches
  • Black pepper
    2 three finger pinches
  • Olive oil
    1 tsp
  • Red-leaf lettuce
    50 g
  • Mizuna mustard greens
    50 g
  • Cherry tomato
    4
  • (A)Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Ponzu sauce
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove cherry tomatoes stem.
  2. 1. Tear red-leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces with your hands. Remove the root from mizuna mustard greens and cut into 1-inch pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. 2. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add Step 2, and cook over medium heat. Once browned, flip it over and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until cooked through, then season with salt and black pepper.
  5. 4. Add ingredient (A) in a bowl and mix well.
  6. 5. Add Step 1 and 3 to Step 4 and toss quickly.
  7. 6. Serve on a plate and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. We are using red-leaf lettuce this time, but please use your favorite leafy vegetables.
