  • (A)Sugar
    1/2 tsp
  • Salad oil
    1/2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper mix
    as needed
  • Ketchup
    as needed
  • Coriander
    as needed

How to make

  1. 1. Remove the stem from the green chili peppers and slice it thinly.
  2. 2. Crack eggs into a bowl and mix ingredient (A) together.
  3. 3. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a small pan over medium heat, add Step 1 and ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color, then season with salt and pepper mix.
  4. 4. Add Step 2 to Step 3 and mix with long chopsticks, fold, cook both sides over medium heat, and it's ready. Serve with ketchup and coriander if you like.

Tips for cooking

Green chili peppers are very spicy if you do not deseed, so please remove seeds and cotton if you like. When you touch green chili peppers, your hands may get hot, so we recommend you wear plastic gloves when cooking.
