  • Wakame seaweed
    2 g
  • Water

  • Hot water
    400 ml
  • Thin fried tofu (Abura-age)
    1 sheets
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Remove the oil of thin fried tofu (abura-age) by pouring hot water or any other method.
  2. 1. Soak wakame seaweed into water as written on a package, drain the water, and pat dry.
  3. 2. Slice green onion (Japanese leek) into Koguchi (slice thinly). Cut aburaage into half horizontally and cut into 0.4-inch width.
  4. 3. Add Step 1 and Step 2 into boiled water and bring to a boil.
  5. 4. Once it's going to boil, add Japanese style granulated soup stock powder, add and dissolve miso, then remove from the heat.
