  • Ground pork
    80 g
  • Edamame
    80 g
  • Onion
    1/4
  • Yellow bell pepper (Yellow paprika)
    1/4
  • (A)Sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Ketchup
    1 tbsp
  • (B)Curry mix (Curry roux)
    15 g
  • (B)Water
    50 ml
  • Salad oil
    1/2 tbsp
  • Shredded pizza cheeze
    20 g
  • Parsley
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Mince parsley and set aside.
  2. 1. Remove edamame from pea pods. Chop onion. Cut yellow bell pepper into 0.4-inch cubes. Chop Japanese curry roux.
  3. 2. Place cooking oil in the medium-heated pan, add onion from Step 1, and stir-fry until transparent, then add ground pork and continue stir-frying.
  4. 3. When ground pork is cooked through, add ingredient (A) and stir-fry until well combined, then add edamame and yellow bell pepper from Step 1.
  5. 4. Add ingredient (B) and stir, bring to a boil over medium heat, and when Japanese curry roux has melted, remove from heat.
  6. 5. Place the rice on a plate, top with shredded pizza cheese, and pour over Step 4. Microwave for 1 minute at 600W.
  7. 6. When shredded pizza cheese melts, sprinkle it with parsley and it's ready.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the seasonings to your liking. By adding Japanese curry roux after chopping, it gets easier to dissolve and can be cooked quickly.
