    400 ml
  • Mekabu seaweed
    80 g
  • Ginger
    5 g
  • Japanese style granulated soup stock
    1 tsp
  • Miso
    2 tsp
  • Young green onion (Konegi)
    as needed

How to make

  1. Prepare. Peel ginger and set aside.
  2. 1. Grate ginger.
  3. 2. Heat water in a pot over medium heat.
  4. 3. Add mekabu seaweed and Japanese style granulated soup into a pot of boiling water, and heat over medium heat.
  5. 4. Once it boiled, dissolve the miso over medium heat, and remove from heat.
  6. 5. Place Step 4 in bowls, sprinkle Step 1 and young green onion (konegi), and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

It has a light taste, so please add miso and adjust it to your taste. Please adjust the amount of ginger to your liking.
