2 onigiri

  • Rice
    200 g
  • (A)bonito flakes
    4 g
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • (A)Chili bean sauce (Tobandjan)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Roasted white sesame seeds
    1 tsp
  • Nori seaweed
    1 sheets

How to make

  1. 1. Add rice and (A) into a bowl, and mix evenly.
  2. 2. Separate it into 2 equal portions, and use a plastic wrap to use your hands to press and form a a trianlg shape.
  3. 3. Cut nori seaweed into half and wrap in Step 2. Serve in a dish and it's ready to eat.
