  • Lettuce

  • Coriander

  • (B)Sweet chili sauce
    1.5 tbsp
  • (B)Nam pla fish sauce
    1.5 tsp
  • (B)Lemon juice
    1 tsp

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the cucumber stem. Cut off the coriander roots. Remove cherry tomatoes stem. Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 1. Cut cucumber and lettuce into thin strips. Roughly chop coriander. Cut cherry tomatoes lengthwise into 4 equal pieces.
  3. 2. Add chicken thigh and ingredient (A) into a heat-resistant bowl, rub well, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 3 minutes until cooked through, then let it cool.
  4. 3. Mix ingredient (B) in a large bowl, mix, add Step 1 and 2, then toss.
  5. 4. Serve in a bowl and it's ready to serve.
