  • (A)Gochujang
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Cooking sake
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1 tsp
  • (A)Grated garlic
    1 tsp
  • (A)Cayenne pepper (powder)
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Powdered Japanese pepper (Sansho power)
    1/2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Sprinkle salt on the okra, roll it on a chopping board, and wash it under running water. Remove the stem and calyx, and cut it into 0.4-inch pieces.
  2. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the ingredient (A) and the thinly sliced pork, and heat it over medium heat.
  3. 3. When the color of thinly sliced pork changes, add Step 1 and heat it over medium heat for about 1 minute, then remove from the heat.
  4. 4. In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil, add the Chinese noodles, boil according to the instructions on the package, and drain it.
  5. 5. Serve in a bowl, pour over Step 3, and it’s ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of miso to your liking. Instead of the thinly sliced pork, you can substitute thinly sliced pork belly or whatever you like.
