  • Pork belly
    80 g
  • Bean sprouts
    80 g
  • Chinese chive
    30 g
  • (A)Gochujang
    1 tbsp
  • (A)Honey
    1 tsp
  • (A)Soy sauce
    1 tsp
  • (A)Powdered chili pepper
    1/2 tsp
  • (A)Chicken soup stock (powder, cube, liquid)
    1/4 tsp
  • Salad oil
    2 tsp

How to make

  1. 1. Cut the Chinese chives into 2-inch width pieces.
  2. 2. Cut the pork belly into 2-inch width pieces.
  3. 3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, then add Step 2 and stir-fry it.
  4. 4. When the pork belly is browned, add the bean sprouts, then quickly stir-fry the Japanese stir-fried noodles (yakisoba), Step 1, and ingredient (A), then stir-fry them together.
  5. 5. When all the flavors are blended, remove it from the heat and serve it on a plate, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

This recipe uses honey. Please be careful not to let children below the age of 1 (infants) consume them. You can substitute honey with sugar, but since the sweetness varies depending on the type, we recommend adjusting the taste to your liking.
