  • Rice
    250 g
  • Deep fried tempura bits (Tenkasu)
    15 g
  • Sakura shrimp
    10 g
  • Noodle soup base (Mentsuyu)
    1 tbsp
  • Green shiso leaves
    3 sheets

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the stems of green shiso leaves.
  2. 1. Add rice, deep-fried tempura bits, sakura shrimp, and noodle soup base (mentsuyu) in a bowl, and mix well.
