  • Sake

  • Salt and pepper mix
    1/4 tsp
  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    2 tbsp
  • Sauce
  • Salted butter
    20 g
  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Garnish
  • Lettuce
    2 sheets
  • Cherry tomato
    2
  • Lemon
    2 slice(s)

How to make

  1. 1. Sprinkle salt and pepper mix on both sides of sake and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Pat dry with a paper towel and lightly coat both sides with cake flour (pastry flour).
  3. 3. Coat the pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add Step 2 from the skin side and cook.
  4. 4. When the skin side is browned, turn it over and cook over medium heat until the inside is cooked.
  5. 5. Mix the sauce ingredients in the same pan, bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from the heat.
  6. 6. Arrange Step 4 on a plate with the side ingredients, pour over Step 5, and it's ready to serve.

Tips for cooking

Please adjust the amount of salt and pepper mix or soy sauce according to your preference. You can also substitute olive oil with cooking oil or salted butter. You can squeeze lemon to your taste.
