  • Chicken thigh

  • Cake flour (Pastry flour)
    1 tbsp
  • Salad oil
    1 tsp
  • Seasoning Mix
  • Sugar
    1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    2 tbsp
  • Sake
    2 tbsp
  • Japanese sweet cooking wine (Mirin)
    2 tbsp
  • Grated ginger
    1/2 tsp
  • Grated garlic
    1/2 tsp
  • Garnish
  • Mizuna mustard greens
    50 g

How to make

  1. Prepare. Cut off the base of mizuna mustard greens and cut it into 2-inch wide pieces.
  2. 1. Put mixed seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  3. 2. Coat chicken thigh with cake flour (pastry flour).
  4. 3. Place cooking oil on a medium heated pan and cook Step 2 from the skin side.
  5. 4. Once browned, flip over and cook over medium heat. Once cooked, add Step 1 and heat.
